2015 Amendment Comments
Public Comments on the Draft Amendment to the 2015 State Energy Plan
On December 18, 2019, the New York State Energy Planning Board approved issuing a Draft Amendment to the 2015 State Energy Plan, and it was published in the State Register on January 8, 2020 
. The following comments on the Draft Amendment were received during the public comment period.
The Energy Planning Board reviewed the comments received and adopted an Amendment [PDF] to the 2015 State Energy Plan at the April 8, 2020 Board Meeting.
